Why I Started AZ BizApps

After years working inside ERP/CRM partner networks, I grew frustrated with a model that prioritized billable hours and sales quotas over client outcomes. Too often, the focus was on “selling more software” and “filling the pipeline,” not on understanding our customer’s actual business, its processes, and their long‑term goals. With over twenty-five years of hands-on experience implementing ERP, CRM, and related business systems for hundreds of organizations across a wide range of industries and business sizes, I’ve seen what makes projects succeed, and what causes them to stall, go over budget, or never deliver on their promises. I started AZ BizApps so I could work directly with owners and leaders as a true partner. Listening first, asking hard questions, and recommending only what genuinely fits. Instead of pushing a specific platform or license tier, I focus on helping you choose and implement systems that support how you operate and where you want to go.

Based in Tucson, I decided that my focus would be on Southern Arizona businesses rather than casting a wide net. While not always necessary, being able to work with clients at their facility enables much greater clarity into their processes, constraints, and where improvement dollars are best spent for their business.
