You’ve chosen the right applications to move the needle for your business… Now what?
While identifying the right software for your business is critical for success, its only half the battle. Implementation is where the proverbial rubber hits the road. It’s also where costs can quickly outpace value if not managed and executed correctly and with care. At AZ BizApps, we offer two distinct paths for our implementation services depending on your needs. (And, to be frank, the software selected and our depth of knowledge and competency in the product. First and foremost, we want the right software for your business, not our billable hours.)
Implementation
Depending on the software, we may handle the entire implementation for you. (Most SMBs fall in this category.) We will estimate these projects based on their complexity and manage these and perform the implementation.
Phases include:
- Discovery: Sessions for each area of your business to refine requirements
- Design: An overall view of how each requirement will be met.
- Solution Agreement: A walk through and sign off of the design to ensure that what is built meets your businesses needs.
- Configuration: Turning the Solution into a workable product.
- Demonstration and Training: Confirming the solution meets your needs upon completed configuration and training users so that they may test in real world scenarios.
- User Acceptance Testing: Beat the system up! Look for areas of failure, missed requirements, etc for mitigation.
- Go-Live: Here we go! Agreed upon historical data and any new transactions are in and occurring in your new system.
- Hypercare and Stabilization: Going live doesn’t mean we go away. The first week or two after go-live in any implementation isn’t typically smooth sailing. There are unforeseen exceptions, trainings forgotten, and inevitable adjustments. but we’ll get you through it!

Implementation Liaison
If selection leads to the best solution being an application we are not 100% positive we are the best implementation partner for your business, we will flat out state that fact. Our business is local, and built on trust. Through the selection process we will have worked very closely with you and earned your trust through honesty, dependability, and by you seeing the value we provide. We’re not willing to risk losing that trust now.
However, we know how complex these projects can be and the signs to look for that suggest they are going awry. (Let alone how to translate the jargon!) Our Implementation Liaison service helps ensure your project stays on track and on budget and that your requirements are met. We will assist with vendor selection and ensure that the same phases are executed as if we were completing the implementation services ourselves. We’ll identify and report risks and work with the vendor to mitigate.
